Climate Layers was an exhibition that visualised how climate stressors such as cyclones, drought, temperature change, excessive rainfall, wildfires, and floods are affecting the planet.
Its highly visual nature was designed to help audiences better understand our shared, potential future in light of impactful weather and climate events. We also presented a series of new iterations of building materials that significantly decrease carbon emissions during production.
Exploring the aesthetic potential of these materials as a backdrop to a call to action, the exhibition design was a reminder of our capacity to build better without intensifying climate change.
